Answer Cancer

What kind of things would you see if you could journey with a persons subconscious mind as it regressed
back to the experiences that built the calling for cancer....

Stephen C Parkhill,
Answer Cancer

Finding and Transforming the Root Cause of Cancer and other states of Dis-Ease.

“Declare the past, diagnose the present,

foretell the future."  Hippocrates

You may have recently been diagnosed with cancer or may have been living with cancer for a little while now. I would like to offer my hand and heart in help.

I am highly motivated to work with people with cancer, who need some help unearthing the root of the issue. I believe each person is unique and some may thrive with traditional medicine and others will chose a more holistic view, some will mix the two. I am open to everything, my goal is to give you more options, address the source of the cancer and help you to rise above the state of 'dis-ease'......

I would invite you to email or call me to see how I may assist you back to health, happiness and freedom

I now understand that cancer arrives as a messenger in the body to help us to identify an area of our life that is currently out, or was at one point, out of balance, ill at ease, or holding unprocessed emotion. This is often from our babyhood or childhood, yet it can also be from stressful and traumatic events that have occured at any time during our lives.

I believe in a holistic approach to answering the call from cancer. Which means investigating all aspects of our lives; including the inner and outer environment, our mind and its beliefs and the health of our body.

New studies show that the food we eat, the environment in which we live and other emotional influences we experience, can have a detrimental effect on our overall wellbeing. So once we address and transform the unbalanced ways in which we have been living, we make positive changes to all the above. we can give our bodies the best environment to heal completely.

Regression Therapy ~ Going to the source of the dis-ease.....

Regressing to the source issue is an essential aspect to responding to the presence of cancer cells. As I have mentioned cancer is the bodies sign of being out of balance or  out of ease - dis-'ease'. So by discovering and listening to the original disruption, which is usually a trauma or a misunderstanding, then transforming it, the need for cancer to be present in the body will change and eventually disappear. The cancers 'raison d'être' will have been answered, therefore it's purpose for being present will have dissolved.

Most people though have not included the vital aspect of the emotional support, clearance  and transformation that I can assist with. I support and advocate a holistic approach to your healing as all components are important.

Rather than being swept along by the clinical diagnosis and the clinicians, with Hazel's guidance I soon realised it is vital that I regained sovereignty over my own life and the dis-ease. I was told about more treatments that most of the doctors hadn't even heard of that were actually working for many people, increasing their life expectancy and even curing the body of cancer. Eventually, I decided to give them a try too. I firmly believe that changing my attitude and many aspects of my life has given me a second chance at life.

Nearly 2 years ago, I was given a diagnosis of Stage 4 cancer and only a 6% chance of surviving, the doctors told me I might only have a few months left to live. With this prognosis I found it much easier to take an honest look at myself, as there was no point in hiding. So I faced the hidden truths about myself, my behaviour, fears and beliefs. Then with Hazels encouragement, I released all my old ghosts, I faced up to my demons and knocked them down one by one. This was the start of my emotional healing. I did also do Chemotherapy, Radiotherapy and I had two major operations to remove the tumours as they was so large, this may well have given me a head start in my physical healing.

I firmly believe cancer was a very serious wake-up call and a symptom that gave me an opportunity to heal myself at the deepest level. This I achieved through exploration and release, self-forgiveness and self-understanding. Hazel inspired me to do these things and to adopt a permanent positive mental attitude, a new healthy belief in myself, that meant I felt freer than I had ever before.

I would also suggest altering your diet, as I did, to cut out sugar and acidic toxic chemical filled food. Include a variety of supplements; for me I use copious amounts of Turmeric, with coconut oil and black pepper, Ginger, Lemon, Black Seed Oil, Chaga Mushroom, Green powder drinks and juices, Maple syrup boiled with Sodium Bicarbonate (a trojan horse for cancer cells) and more recently Cannabis oil late each night.  I now eat a vegetarian plant-based diet, with no alcohol, sugar, coffee or tea.I would also recommend Frankincense essential oil massages and applications.

Doing this will certainly make a huge difference to your prognosis.

Hazel's passion for helping was incredibly supportive and I can't thank her enough for her wisdom and patience!

It is wise to include a radical dietary change and supplementation regime of specific herbs, oils and other natural healing substances, that induce * 'apoptosis' in the cancer cells, boost imunity and ensure all the other cells of your body thrive. This dietry strategy is in total alignment with Hypocrates and his statement of 'Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food.'

* Apoptosis (from Ancient Greek á¼€πÏŒπτωσις "falling off") is a process of programmed cell death that occurs in multicellular organisms. Biochemical events lead to characteristic cell changes (morphology) and death.

Your personal beliefs may or may not include chemotherapy, radiotherapy and surgery, I leave that decision up to you. I would however suggest you do your own due diligence and research around the subject of the medical model, as there is a plethora of new related  information that is coming to the fore. Info

What I offer is a chance to look at and transform your emotional health and limiting or negative beliefs that you may be holding at a subconscious level.

These often include;

  • Fear

  • Grief

  • Guilt

  • Shame

  • Regret

  • Blame

  • Anger

  • Self Loathing

  • Not being good enough

  • Not being wanted

  • Not being loved

  • Perfectionism

  • A desire to leave a career, marriage or other unhappy or fear filled situation.

These negative emotions become trapped in our energy field and therefore in our cells. When these emotions are held in our cells with no response to release and transform them from us, cancer may and often does develop.

We can reverse cancer by releasing the emotions and making positive sustainable changes at the subconscious level to change our beliefs and way of life. Cancer is always a nudge from our subconscious to make serious changes so that we can evolve.

By tuning in and discovering the source of these emotions through the relaxing state of hypnosis, we will release the trapped memories and damaging beliefs, and use transformational techniques to reset the health and ease of the cells.

This is a process that you fully participate in and we may need a number of 2-3 hour sessions to fully transform all that is needed. I would suggest you plan on 4 - 6  sessions and then we can review.

You may well be having blood tests or scans or medical treatment alongside the work we do, that is fine by me. Most medical doctors are unaware of what happens in a hypnosis session, however integrative doctors, such as Dr Rosy Daniel, would be able to give you a more informed opinion regarding hypnotic regression therapy.

So far, medical treatments rarely take into account the persons emotional health and therefore deal only with with the symptom, which is, in this case, the cancer itself and not the root cause.

When the root cause has been understood, addressed, released and transformed, the cancer will have no reson to exist.

My passion for helping people who are diagnosed with cancer

began when I was nineteen and my own mother was diagnosed

with a primary of breast cancer which subsequently developed into

liver and bone metasteses. We did all we could with the information

that was available to us at that time, thirty years ago. Chemotherapy,

radiotherapy and surgery were not her answer. Following a three

year jouney, she very sadly left this earth aged just forty eight.

We hadn't realised that some of the challenges she had faced during

her life had not been resolved at an emotional level. I was seven months

pregnant at the time and devestated when she left us, she had been such a kind caring and a very loving mother and friend of her communities, it all seemed so unfair that cancer could come to such a nice person.

I was a staff nurse at the time she passed and I worked alongside others like me in the medical profession who were doing the best thing on offer within the NHS, using drugs, radiation and surgery to combat this seemingly random disease.

I became a hypnotherapist many years later after my search for a more holistic way to help people, and after a second career in the pharmaceutical world which taught me a lot about the main motivators in the drug industry, that I found unfulfilling. I left in search of a way of helping people to regain sovreignty over their lives and to work with much kinder holistic ancient knowledge.

I read many books that gave me such hope for helping people with cancer, I learned that it was vital to fundamentally heal the source in the gentlest of ways. One incredible book called Answer Cancer by Stephen Parkhill, radically changed my view on how we can respond to cancer very differently, listen to it, discover its source, the reason for its arrival and then address the very issue that it has responded to.

The Journey by Brandon Bays:

Brandon shares how she successfully went to the source of her cancer, a baseball sized tumour in her abdomen, that she subsequently successfully healed naturally as part of a holistic treatment plan.

The book amazing informative book, The Body Speaks the Mind, by Deb Shapiro has been my bible for almost a decade! It helps us to tune in to the messages our bodies are giving us through certain symptoms appearing in areas directly related to emotions or limiting beliefs.

Meta Health and the work of Dr Gerd Hammer, is a modality that reconfirmed my beliefs that each part of the body responds to different traumas and emotions. Info

From a nuutritional view point I would recommend investigating eating an organic plant based diet:

  • Primarily organic vegetarian/vegan food

  • Turmeric, the most bio available form is the component called curcumin. By injesting Turmeric with an oil and black pepper it becomes much more easily absorbed by the body

  • Ginger

  • Lemon

  • Black seed oil

  • Canabis oil

  • Bicarbonate of Soda boiled with Maple Syrup

  • Chaga Mushroom

  • Sprouted Seeds and beans

  • Lots of Brocoli, Green Vegetables

  • Green vegetable juices

  • Salads and lightly steamed vegetables

  • Avocados

Cut out

  • Sugar (Cancer Cells feed on Sugar)

  • Fruit, sadly fruit is full of sugar, even though it is natural sugar it still feeds the cancer cells. A few berries however can be included as the benefits are huge and the sugar content very low.

  • Processed foods - things in packets with lists of ingrediants

  • Cakes and biscuits

  • Non organic meats, I would suggest becoming vegetarian for a while, but if you do eat meat make sure it is organic and of the highest quality, only on the very odd occassion.

  • Alcohol

  • Coffee and black tea.

I would also use Frankincence Essential Oil in massage twice daily to the effected part as well as treating the whole body to Essential oil massages with Frankincence and other organic essential oils.

To Your Health, Happiness & Freedom

and medicine be thy food... a plant based diet boosts your immune system and gives your body the phytonutrients it needs to heal itself.... so you can get on with healing your emotional issues.

Let Food be thy medicine...

How Emotional Trauma Can Create Cancer… and 4 Ways to Stop it

By Dr. Veronique Desaulniers

War, natural disasters, the loss of a loved one, domestic abuse, financial destitution, a cancer diagnosis, tragic events from childhood: these and so many more situations can cause the “bottom to fall out” of our lives. They can also leave us with medically-diagnosable psychological disorders such as post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

But can emotional traumas, if left unresolved, actually lead to cancer? The answer, according to the latest research on stress, the emotions, and cancer… is an unequivocal Yes!

The Long-Term Effects of Emotional Trauma

According to the American Psychological Association, trauma is “the emotional response someone has to an extremely negative event.” In-the-moment responses to such events (often called “shock”), such as racing pulse, dizziness, confusion, numbness, disorientation, and distraction, are a normal part of our system’s “fight or flight” response. Problems arise, however, when the effect of such events are so severe that they linger with us long after the fact.

The following are signs that an emotional trauma may still be effecting you or a loved one:

  • Avoidance of people, places, and situations that are reminders of the trauma

  • Spontaneous recurrence or distressing memories of the event

  • Ongoing nightmares and flashbacks about the event

  • Distress when faced with people, places, and situations that remind the person of the event

  • An inability to remember the important aspects of the event that is not related to head injury or substances

  • Sweeping negative generalizations and blame about oneself, others, or the world (eg. “I am no good,” “All men are scum,” “The world is a dangerous place”)

  • Overall feelings of shame, horror, anger, guilt, or fear

  • Diminished participation in activities that used to interest the person

  • Estrangement from others

  • Inability to experience positive emotions

  • Self-destructive behavior

  • Hypervigilance or paranoia

  • Exaggerated “startle” response

  • Inability to concentrate

  • Sleep issues

  • Anxiety

  • Emotional numbness

  • Overall edginess or irritability

  • Mood swings

Whether or not you have been medically diagnosed with PTSD, if you have experienced a traumatic event in your life and you have not healed the wound of that experience, chances are you are dealing with the ramifications of chronic stress which could lead to cancer.

How Chronic Stress Effects Cancer

When emotional trauma goes unhealed, the body system is in a constant state of heightened stress. Numerous studies have connected stress with lower immune function and higher incidences of disease in general. A recent report, however, analyzed the findings of close to a hundred other studies that showed how the sympathetic nervous system (SNS) can actually encourage metastasis when it is chronically activated.

The SNS is the primary system involved in the chemical changes that occur during “fight or flight.” In acute situations, the SNS becomes active. As soon as a traumatizing event has passed, however, the body goes back to homeostasis within about an hour. Under chronic stress, the SNS is “turned on” virtually all the time. In this state, adrenaline and noradrenaline-stimulating mechanisms within it will alter genetic code.

This genetic alteration can lead to a number of pro-cancer processes:

  • Activation of inflammatory responses

  • The inhibiting of immune responses

  • Inhibition of programmed cancer cell death

  • The reduction in the cytotoxic function of Natural killer cells

  • The inhibiting of DNA repair

  • Stimulation of cancer cell angiogenesis

  • Activation of “epithelial-mesenchymal transition,” which is one of the ways new cancer stem cells are created

4 Ways to Heal Emotional Trauma and Lower Chronic Stress

Dr. Douglas Brodie, MD, is a pioneer in understanding the connection between the emotions, the mind, and cancer. After almost three decades of research, he noticed that the majority of individuals diagnosed with cancer have similar psychological traits. He calls this the “Cancer Personality Profile.”

Among these characteristics is the experiencing of a traumatizing and emotionally-damaging event roughly two years before getting a cancer diagnosis. Other characteristics mimic those of long-term emotional trauma mentioned above. A few of note are the tendency to internalize intense emotions, difficulty in establishing closeness with others, and an inability to adequately cope with stressful situations.

The good news, however, is that there are dozens of modalities out there that can help you heal the wounds of emotional trauma and reduce chronic stress that can lead to cancer. Here are four to try:

1 – Meditation and Visualization

Radiation oncologist Dr. Carl Simonton and his wife Stephanie, a trained psychologist, are the authors of the book Getting Well Again: A Step-by-Step Self-Help Guide to Overcoming Cancer for Patients and Their Families. This seminal work was perhaps one of the first to document how people can influence their disease process through healing their emotions. Of the many modalities they discuss are meditation and visualization. In their book, they provide example after example of how meditation and visualization prolonged life, improved the quality of life, and in some cases aided in cancer healing altogether.

More recent research confirms what the Simonton’s wrote about in the late 70s. A 2015 Canadian study observed breast cancer survivors who meditated and those who didn’t. After three months, the meditators showed evidence of longer telomere strands than those who did not practice meditation. Telomeres exist at the end of every cell chromosome and protect the integrity of genetic information. Shortened telomeres are often associated with age and diseases such as cancer.

2 – Healing Emotional Wounds

Healing deep emotional wounds through therapy, hypnosis, or specific programs can help heal the lingering effects of emotional trauma, especially if it occurred during childhood. (Inner Child Healing and Regression Therapy) The experiences you had during your formative years, whether they were positive or negative, formed how you now interact with the outside world as an adult. These belief systems can be changed, but only by working at the subconscious level, which was where they were formed in the first place.

3 – EFT ( I also use EFT in my practice)

New Physics pioneer Bruce Lipton, author of The Biology of Belief, considers Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), or Meridian Tapping, to be in the category of “super-learning.” This is because EFT reprograms old negative beliefs by working on both the kinesthetic level (through tapping acupressure points) and verbal statements for very rapid results. EFT is ideal as a supplement to other modalities and as a stand-alone for lowering anxiety and stress levels quickly.

4 – Exercise

There is a direct link between regular exercise and the regulation of stress hormones. Numerous studies have shown that when animals are stressed repeatedly and not allowed a physical outlet, disease sets in quickly. When animals are provided with a physical outlet to release the stress, however, the damage to their bodies is minimal. Studies also confirm that individuals who walk and jog on a regular basis are more flexible in their belief systems, display greater self-acceptance, self-confidence, and self-responsibility and were less prone to depression.

You CAN Heal Emotional Trauma and Reduce Your Risk of Cancer

Whatever modality you use for trauma healing, remember that the best course of action should include practices that you can incorporate into your regular routine − preferably on a daily basis. The ability to allow emotions to simply flow through you instead of holding on to them is akin to a “muscle” that must be worked every day in order to grow strong.

It may take a little time to see results from your inner work, but you WILL see them. And when you do, you will realize that the state of your life, and your health, has remarkably changed for the better.
